Meat is supplied by Allan Learmonth, the Jedburgh butcher, and can be traced to individual Borders farms. Seafood is supplied from Eyemouth harbour by D.R. Collin. Organic ice-cream is supplied by OverLangshaw Farm just outside Galashiels.
