Whether you’re visiting the area for a short break or on business, the Spread Eagle Hotel is delighted to offer the best of Borders hospitality.

The hotel has eight en-suite rooms: two Superior Double rooms, a Luxury Double room with Jacuzzi Whirlpool bath, and five Standard Double or Twin-bedded rooms. Two of these standard rooms can be set up as family rooms (which can sleep four plus a cot) – please ask when you book. All our rooms have free WiFi internet access, and all the other amenities you would expect.

Parking
The Spread Eagle Hotel has a small private car park for visitors, accessed from the Friarsgate to the rear of the hotel. There is also free public parking in the Spread Car Park next door. Motorbikes and bicycles can be parked off-street.

We are delighted to announce that our Restaurant is re-opening at 6pm on Saturday 18th May. Booking is welcome but not essential. Please see the Restaurant page for a sample menu.
